[Announcement] FA Tournament Notes/Issues - 20th April

Hi everyone, an update here regarding issues seen today in FA tournaments:

1) FA Training Bonuses

As seen in this thread, there was an issue with FA training bonuses and some were unable to apply the additional +4% FA bonus during Live Match. Training bonuses earned from normal training are being applied same as ever when activated during a match.

Due to the nature of the fix required to patch the issue with FA training bonuses, we would need to have a server release, which would involve offline time outside of daily update windows.

As there are League matches & Champions League/Super League quarter-final 2nd leg matches today, we won't disrupt those matches and will push the fix for the FA training bonuses issue this week ahead of next weekend's final tournament of the season.

Very sorry for this inconvenience.

2) Auto-supporting 2nd leg no longer occurring.

This is working as intended. Watching an FA 1st leg will no longer mean auto-supporting during the 2nd leg.

3) Friend FA matches appearing in Now Playing

For some, FA matches are appearing in Fixtures and can be spectated; we’re looking into several reports from some who were seeing supporters that were not involved in the FA tie in question. We'll provide an update related to this as soon as possible.

4) Goal counts appearing incorrectly in an FA tie

This is a visual issue; goals are being counted correctly on the server side, but are appearing reversed for some. Please check after all matchups in an FA tie conclude.

5) FA matches penalties walkover issue/Double positions appearing in FA matches

These issues have been fixed as a result of the maintenance from Wednesday. This issue was when penalties would end with a 0-0 draw due to technical issues.

Hi Managers!

We've released Top Eleven 8.6.2 on iOS, Android and Web-browser. In this release, we bring some important updates.

Improvements:

1) Fix for the Association Training Bonuses.
2) Fix for supporting FA tournament matches for those that don't participate in the tournament.
3) Fix for the goals count appearing incorrectly in an FA tie.
3) Other smaller fixes.
