IronSource ads don't credit me

Not one Ironsource advert credits me, no matter where I see it. I have no problem with other video providers; it's just IronSource - and I don't recall them ever working.

Can you advise please? Resetting the cache makes no difference. I'n using Android.

Do you mean video or offers for tokens ?
How do you know that a video is from IronSource and how do you know it's only them that no credit ?
I farm vids and after some time I reach 25 and stops there.

Videos. I've not tried the offers for tokens from them. The Ironsource ads all have the same (i) in the top corner for information on privacy.
You are right in that I can't be certain that it's never happened for other suppliers, but I don't have a problem with them that I'm aware of - it's only the ads with the (i) in the corner that cause a problem.

I 've read somewhere about iOS problems.
Do you have iPhone ? maybe it's because of that.

Hello,
I started to play again this game from 1 mount now and i tried to get some tokens and clicked on the ironSource offer. I played that game that i downloaded to get the tokens for about 2 weeks and after finishing my reward it was denied.
Luckily i screenshoted before i started this offer and here is the proof.
Here you can see that the offer is available and i clicked

And here its shown that the offer is started.

After that i finished the offer and i got denied.


Can please someone help?!

There should be a contact support link in the offer page just below the requirements. You have to deal directly with the ironsource support team.
