You had a "hidden" connection loss.
The game server didn't "see" your game and played it in auto.
Rare but can happen, bad luck for you.

Season stats shouldn't consider this as a loss if you won the match and lost on aggregate, I haven't seen that before, so please provide more info when you have a chance.

You are playing the second leg in Cup.
First game (away) you lost 1-0.
In the 2nd you win 1-0 too and the game goes to extra time.
The score there, goes to 1-1.
So you are out of aggregate/away goal 1-0, 2-1
How this 2nd game is recorded at season stats ?
