No top scorer bonus

Today i didn't get my top scorer bonus. No tokens and no 30% finishing skill.

When i enter challenges it says: 'new challenges are coming soon'.

Today i have also had connection problems and the FA dissappeared sometimes.

This is nothing new. It happens to a few managers every season. Complain and support will tell you that you were not registered for the event. There is no such thing as a registration, but Nordeus does not seem to care about that.

Support is useless in this game. They always tell the same standard answer. Copy/paste nothing more.
Thanks for answering anyways, i know enough, i will never get my bonus. Training this player for these extra 2% costs me around 50 greens since he's 138% strong.

The game is a big mess today. My cup match was clearly bugged today. I play against the same team i played in the league last season (won both matches 3-0). I'm much stronger than him. Today i lose 1-3 but i didn't see any goals from him. The game lost connection multiple times and everytime i reloaded he had scored 1 goal. This is really strange.

Same here! It's annoying to start a new season having player that finished as top scorer and haven't received the bonus

As a matter of fact you have to sign for the event in the beginning of the season, stay alert, also the event has no token prize just 10 greens

I did sign up. I even checked it again at the end of the season and i was signed in for it.

10 tokens is better than 10 greens. You can get 50 greens for 46 tokens, so I'd better have 46 tokens than 46 greens

For everyone :
This is a known bug of the game.
It doesn't recognize that you join the contest.
The same with support. They also cannot see that you took part in this event.
So for good and bad, every season last day, keep two screenshots, one the main screen where it looks that you participate and another with the top scorers.
