    need contact

    I would like to have contact with a member of Nordeus.

    2 days ago I used my credit card to buy 1000 tokens for 71 euro.
    The transaction is still pending and I still haven't received my tokens

    I went to the Nordeus support, but after 2 days I still haven't had a reply. that is what upsets me the most. no reply at all

    Or I get my tokens or I want to cancel my transaction

    Is there any way to cancel my transaction?

    I'm no expert with this kind of stuf, but during this transaction, the worste case is that you'll have to wait 7 days.
    7 days is the ultimatum before you can take more/deeper steps.

    Try to figure out if it is Nordeus or if the fault are by third parties (like paypal etc.) before you can discover how to get your money back!

    Sucks!!! Hope for you that you receive your tokens in a short time! (but most of the time it will)

    I am sorry you still haven't received your reply from Support. It was Easter last week in Serbia, so it might take a bit longer than usual before they get to your ticket. You'll be sure to get a reply, though. As Poker said, please check with your payment provider as well.

    ok, try ringing your card company/bank and asking them if there's a problem with the payment. Sometimes card issuers hold payments for odd reasons and that could be why you didn't get your tokens. my bank used to freak out everytime I used my card online if I was spending more than £10 on digital goods (used to play Fiesta a mmorpg) until I complained.
