I have lost percentage on my youth player who I trained last season and from scouted players I bought after the glitch and they’ve all gone down?
I only caught 10/15 minutes of the glitch and raised my team 2% at that point and those players raised stayed the same.
How can I report this? It’s complete bull****.
It is all very well (and fair) to take the teams down to their level pre-bug. My team were all at 99% awaiting training, which I duly did and took them to the 4 x 10% bonuses. Now you have applied your "fairness" fix my team is back to 4 x 8% and my team condition level is very low. I am all for fairness but it has to work both ways. Teams should be restored to 99% or all given 4 x 10% conditioning bonus.
Also, my players have lost up to 27% quality since applying this fairness fix (quality level before training this morning); when are you applying a fix, for the fix, to the fault that should never have happened?
Also, all the recharging every three hours has been lost when we have to retrain players who were trained PRIOR to the bug appearing. Another total bloody disaster from Nordeus.
I also look forward to you fixing the known issue I have and compensating me in the same way as you have today for this training bug. The more complicated you make this game the more f'kd up it gets.
* Just used 150 rests to get back to 4 x 10% training, where my team was before any training bug issue - thanks.

My entire team had lost 3 stars - even the players that I bought this morning. I have no condition bonus or training bonus, and have just lost 3-0 to a team which was supposed to be weaker than me. This game used to just be a joke of an affair - now it's an actual insult to anyone who spends time playing it!

I played and paid for 8 years... if this is your way of solving your mistake - then I'm gone!!

Are you kidding me? My team was around 90% in the morning and now is 49%??? Last season, for instance, I paid hundreds of greens and token for academy player to be 123% and now he is 69%???
Give me my team back or I am out of this game, after 4 years playing, once forever.

It is being dealt with guys. Many of us including me have seen our teams decimated but they are working on it now.

the same thing happened to me under 40% of the team, players who had them with 7-8 stars dropped me to 3 and 4 stars is this outrageous and even pisses you off, those players should now be with 6-7 stars I don't understand why that they lowered them so much, they even lowered me to those of the youth academy to finish off the task and sink the team further

Nordeus start out the new season with a massive bug, and then end up “fixing” the bug with an even bigger, totally catastrophical bug, where they take the results of honest managers’ hard work training their players away from them.
If Nordeus claim to have millions of managers worldwide, they also have the responsibility of providing a smoothly running game for those managers, whose money they gladly rake in.
Everyone can make mistakes, but they way that Nordeus has handled this scandal is disgusting. I guess the supporters are probably working overtime right now, doing their best, but I’m afraid that is no way good enough, because with every step you take to handle this crisis, it just becomes worse.
Nordeus, today you have treated honest managers like trash, and only massive compensations will restore our trust in you. Not just five tokens of a small pack of greens, no a BIG compensation is what you owe your customers for this mess, and not least the horrible way in which you’ve handled it.
Btw: Big thank you to SaucyFC for your updates during the day; I guess being in the frontline hasn’t made this the easiest of days for you either ...

Of course it is a good point, since this exploit of the condition bug actually made them lost tons of money, since everyone upgraded the players to a good level and not purchased a single pack of tokens. Now they even lose more, let's see how they react to it.Quote:

My team was having 115 quality this morning, now before the game my team is only 9...why? Its not fair, now i need at least 3 seasons to go back to that form, and i think i'll be kick out from my association to😭😭😭
I have a solution for this issue.
Cancel all transfer, token spent, green-blue-red packs, stadium update from this day and give back what we spent and for this bug give us a gift (20t greens blues reds at least) .
Same to my, my friend, i don't know what to do😭
Maybe the same AVQ we had in the morning + 1000 tokens, greens, blues.
Why they simple do roolback before when buged come lol
