Ads are not working.

Well, I was watching the ads and I got to 19/40 and it won’t come back, I will try contact the admins as well but basically, the first time it happened, it took me one try from restarting the game to get it back to normal, the second time it was two, the third time it was four, so each time they time out randomly, the amount of restarts needed doubles. Right now, I need 12 restarts, @Sausy @Lian, can you look into this please? Thank you for any responses.

They came back for a while but they stopped with 1 ad to go, please fix this as I can’t bare doing it in breaks.

Try to refresh id from advisors
Go to Settings/ Google / ad/ Reset ad id

I don’t know yet, I will not watch ads today as the reset time is at 22:00 so I will watch them early in the moribund tomorrow and I will see if they have fixed or not.

I'm under the impression also there has been fewer adds but as i don't count them i really cant tell

They seem to be working again for me, for now, I do not know if that will happen to me again but you know it could, for now, it is ok. Is it still not working for you guys?

I'm having similar problem for 3 seasons or so. I've also reported that on this forum.

to check I registered another account and that's having no problem.

same phone, same connection, same settings but one account is not having any problem and another one with nearly unbearable experience.

earlier I was getting 2 batches of 12/13 and 10/11 ads (those I can store) but I skipped one day and now getting 25 (plus 15 those I can't store) at once but that needs some 15/16 restarts and taking some 1 hr 15 min or 1.5 hrs to be completed.
