Looks like the problem occurs randomly for different past matches. From fixtures, I click on past matches, some of them show the match report after taking a while, some of them just say no report is available, and some of them try to load, lose connection and reopen the game.

Just as well you are not running a hotel with all these bugs around!
Can't view my own fixture list - continual egg timer on display.
Can't support other managers.
Get notified that games have finished ... even before they start.
Seems like it’s been fixed for me. I have a game in about 2 hours, let’s see if I’m able to join.

Hi everyone, we've just pushed a fix for match reports not loading today, they should open normally from now. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please let me know if they're loading properly.

nordeus, the game company that has a full of bugs and glitches
looks like the support bug is hinting to be back. getting match finish errors now and then but not all the time. hope the dev will have a deep look before it gets out of hand.

Just had my first experience of this today. Logged in multiple times to see the top left button showing a game going on, but when I clicked it I got the message 'The game has just finished and a report should be available soon' or some such. The game was definitely ongoing as I'd anticipated it.
Same problem here and impossible to support friends. (6:30am)

Today I was experiencing issue. My match was live but I couldn't attend the match until I re-login.
It said "The match is finished, the result will be available soon" while the match was still live
I found that this is often happen around 10 AM GMT+7 to many players in my community
Please fix this!
Live matches won't load. It keep saying "match just finished and results will be available shortly".

Thanks for sharing your reports. The team has just pushed a fix again and your match reports should now be available if you weren't able to see them. The team is still investigating the root cause of this so we appreciate your patience and screenshots - they're a big help.

I also wrote this in another thread for “cannot join the match” because it’s a little different but let me put it here as well.
I just had a CL match, but it automatically gave the result at the time when the match supposed to start and the game report not available. Also, my players didn’t lose condition.

I understand that Nordeuss trying to do some events and special things for 10th year but it’s clear that they can’t handle/manage having too many event at once (right now I have special sponsor, top scorer, Italy tour, special personal trainer, and Kings challenge announcement on my Events screen) and it messes up the main part of the game, which is the competition matches.
Looks like we’re gonna lose the match reports everyday for a while, after daily reset (I know that the one game that wasn’t played and counted in the season stats will never have a report).

Also with last nights update im having some game loading issue though web. it gets stuck while loading but after refresh its logs in. i had to do it all the time now since daily reset.

I cannot get into any matches in the last hour or so. My own or my friends. It tells me match has ended when the ball is still bouncing and spinning. Log out and back in and it still doesn’t work. Tried this at least 5 times on different devices.

Better not all those side challenges.. breaking the game only
We have been having these bugs for awhile now but usually a relogin fixes it or sometimes I just try a few times and it works. Today it's much worse. No amount of tries can get you into the match.
Recent problems that has been ongoing despite fixes being implemented
1) Support not registering. I faced this multiple times. Have to do it more than once before my support for a friend is registered.
2) Match reports occasionally unavailable
3) Match commences with bouncy ball at top left but in center of screen states 1 min ago. Relogging in helps.
4) Friends match commences yet no indication and no bouncy ball in friend fixtures screen. Relogging in helps.
This bug appeared again for me yesterday and is still there today - regardless of restarts. Instead of adding new features to an already 'bug ridden' programme they should spend some time fixing the bus and getting a stable platform. If they do that, it MAY stop complaints and people leaving - call it enjoyment before profit!!
I have reported bugs and get the standard message ...... we are aware of it and will report it - we can't give a specific timescale for this though - some bugs have been ongoing for at least a year; so DO NOT hold your breath.

Hello team, I found an issue today (29th May, 2020).
It showed me message "The match is finished and the results will be available shortly", but my match was just started.
I got this same issue in my previous season also.
As I was not able to watch my live match and not able to support my team, I lose to my opponent with 2:0.
Here are some attachments I'd like to share if it may help you to track the issues.
There was a fix for that issue, all should be ok now.
