Purchased Player MIssing from Squad

After waiting since Day 1, i saw a high priced 18 y/o 98% ST. Joined the bidding war and finally won!

But my joy was short lived as my new ST is missing from my squad! I had all the fireworks notification that i won the auction, i received the notification in my inbox that i signed the player, but somehow he's not in my squad. My tokens and cash were not deducted too!

Any idea if this is a recurring issue? What's the point of bidding if the transfer doesn't materialize?

There seems to be some problems with TE at the moment. I've been disconnected several times now and was just recently asked to download an updated version. Try to re-install.

With that being said, I too acquired a player 30-60 minutes ago, and he's available in my squad.

yup i did update the latest version, my player still wasn't there. what a bummer!!

That's a bummer. Contact customer support and provide screenshots of the winning bid/auction.

I think the player should be visible on your squad when the current bug are sorted out. If not, contact support.

Yeah, I was just thrown out of the app again. Seems to be some problems or maintenance going on.

1) Can't attend matches
2) Can't sub players or change tactics during matches
3) Now, auction players got missing
