The team continues to work on a fix for this, which causes some devices to not receive the match beginning notification. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience while it is sorted.

In the previous two seasons, I will get one notification 15 mins before game time and another notification ON GAME Time.
Now i get only one 15 mins before game time and no notification during game time. Losing a lot of matches because of this. Is this normal with everything or just me?

I have the same issue. I’ve tried resetting my notifications, clearing cache and doing a reinstall to no avail. I have missed games too.
So I just either set an alarm for 5 minutes before game time or keep a close eye on the phone for 15 minutes.

We've just pushed a new version of iOS that includes a fix for the Match Starting notification issue. Please update to the latest version of Top Eleven (10.4.1).

I can confirm that I received notifications for match starts today. Solved surprisingly faster than I expected.
Thankfully it’s fixed.
