    It's a bug fine but what are the measures to be put in place to correct this before the semifinal is played? I don't expect any apology this time around but to fix it and correct their mistake ASAP. This is becoming unacceptable and unbearable. Just contact them for us and tell them we do not want any form of reward this time

    Fix this asap. Inconvenience? If you think this is an inconvenience, you are basically saying the game is a joke. What are we playing for if we spend a season and time building a squad to have a big end the season? Why are gifting losing teams a victory? Reschedule the games. If you’re developers can’t manage that, then the game is an amateur piece of software that can’t be taken seriously. If you can’t fix it, give people their money back. Worst cop out I have seen in a while from “customer service”. Don’t want to put in the work but you’ll collect money from everyone?
