My friend disappeared and we can't support each other :/

I'm experiencing a problem for over a week now, because one of my friends has disappeared from the list and we can't support each other now.
My team is called "Halvas FC" and it's on level 8 and my friend's is called "Paraga FC" on level 15. Hope you'll find a solution Nordeus.

We cannot solve this problem for you on here. Is the friend on your server or a Facebook friend? Have they unfriended you which might be why you no longer have them as an in-game friend?
If none of the above apply, you’ll need to contact Support.

I contacted support and has automatic questions and in my problem the answer is that they know the bug and tbe will fix it somewhere in the future but the don't know when exactly

SOLVED

I tried to open the game from the PC version and my friend is appearing again. Then when i opened the app again from the mobile my friend was appearing too. So try to play from PC and the problem will be solved on the app too.
