I think you have to contact Support or Admin. I think if you're playing game on Mobile Carrier then switch to WIFI network and check there is ad available for you or not if you're using WIFI network switch to Sim Data to check the same might be switching sort out your problem.
This is obviously a big problem, I have also posted about not getting the rewards for videos. Perhaps everyone should be given 50 free rests as a gesture of goodwill, that seems fair for the wasted time.
Now any bugs there is in the game, always bugs the daily videos??????
Yesterday there was that bug on Facebook, today I'm having difficulty watching the videos
I know, people complain about it today
I also can't see any ads for a week and my team has dropped a lot, please help me enjoy the game like before.

Same issue for me on loading. Need to keep restarting app after 1-2 ads as mentioned.
and in addition quite a number of videos I watched do not give rewards as well. Not sure if you guys are experiencing it. Tried on both android and iPad. Same problem.
I hope you guys at TE are getting paid for all these videos we are watching without rewards or unity and the other advertisers are shortchanging all of us.
Ok,that's your opinion. Why not both? The 50 rests was by the way of compensation for all the videos people have watched and gotten no rest reward for. I'd rather be compensated for the amount of time I have wasted watching ads for nothing.
I know not everyone will agree but I will not be spending any more of my money on this game (Special sponsor , monthly card , boosts etc) until the issue of missing rewards for videos watched is fixed. A loss of income will see the issue fixed more quickly. It's not the only bug but it's a big one, for me. I notice that a couple of the bugs that I have highlighted in the past are still not fixed.

both? why not, i will appreciate them if they do that, but if i should choose, i will choose remove/disable the ads timer for temporarily until they "really" fix the issue. better losing 50 packs than wasting time for a whole week or more...
they need to take this issue more seriously, its getting annoying.
Hope I am not jixing things but I managed to get 25 out of 25 rests for videos today. If indeed the issue is fixed, then thank you team Nordeus. You've kept a customer. Although I still think as a gesture of goodwill everyone should be given 50 rests to make up for all the videos watched but unrewarded and missing out on several days worth of rests. I could say more than 50 but I am trying to be reasonable in the hope that Nordeus will reciprocate.
I think I posted my theory once before: Nordeus is definitely “breaking” the ads every once in a while to drain our resources and then miraculously they come back one day.
Not to mention Nordeus almost never comes here to acknowledge the issue, nor make an announcement when it’s eventually “fixed”.
I want to report again that there is a bug in the videos

A person sees one or 2 videos, has to go out, clear cache in the game, facebook, messenger, go back to the game you can see 1 or 2 more videos, I have to repeat the same 2 or 3 times.
And it's not a problem with the android tablet or anything, the tablet is new, I always clean the cache every day before turning off the device...
I play 2 games, one is Top Eleven and another one, only the top eleven has this bug.
I have really big problem with free videos. When I open Top Eleven from my smartphone and go to see the free videos i see that they are loading and after a few seconds after says "The video service provider does not have any videos available at the moment. Please try again later". The 24 hours have past and must be reload new videos but it seems that not going to happen now. I'm from Greece and other people seems to have the same problem.
its become worse for me, i need to relog every 2 ads, its wasting my time! they really fix it or they just make it more broken? can nordeus fix something without breaking anything? gezzz
the video issue gone worse in last 2 days.
the problems with the videos never got good.
Lately to have access to the videos, you have to clear the game cache, messenger, facebook, etc 500 times, to have the videos.
Gives you idea the game has little memory, not to withstand the 25+15 without bugs....

usually i’ve gotten 20 to 25 ads every day but today unfortunately i was only able to get three of them… after I watched just three videos today the blue video button all of a sudden turned to black… seriously? i didn’t use vpn at all…

Nothing to do with using vpn or no, 25 is 25 with or without vpn, its from their end, their updates. was fine before recent updates, everything ok, maybe several problems/bugs but game running smooth, but now, lag here and there, freezing, black screen when watching ads etc.
When they gonna fix this problem, man, even bounty apps better , at least they put something like refresh ads etc. this developer..... smh

Well done mods. Move/ merge threads. Make it easier for Nordeus to ignore the problem.
I too have suffered for months now (again) with adverts that crash/restart the app without paying out a booster, ads that play to a finish but leave me with no x button to escape back to the game.
There is no point commenting/ complaining here (the forum) because no one has the ability or the will to fix this.
I'm On Holiday/Game Over for the foreseeable future. No passion, no point.
It was fun, but not anymore.

Not sure if you guys do anything or we just need to wait till ads are available. I have been relaunching app very often these days to get 1-2 vids each time and I often don't even get credited.
Cache cleared, app reinstalled and nothing makes a difference. Something must be wrong on your end as this doesn't happen with other games I watch ads for and moreover restarting app always gives me a vid.
they are aware of it but they dont care or dont know how to fix it (not sure what is worst) tried with in game support but they just close conversation

I resisted talking to support after I read this. Copied from the support known topics.
It kinda acts like a disclaimer telling us it is expected and if we need booster, we can purchase them.
I don't blame the players who have conspiracy theories that vids are held back by the company on purpose after reading this.
