“This email address (support@helpshift.com) will not be monitored for activity. Thank you for helping us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible“
And the email that directed me to just responded this:

“Thank you for contacting us at Helpshift. However, we do not provide support for our customers' mobile apps that use our platform for support services.”

What a moronic game. Any response from our “developers”?
