Not received my top scorer award from last season

Hi Team,

I have not received my top scorer reward last season for my player Haaland. Request you to please help as I have not received any reply from Nordeus team as well.

Team Name - Scorpions United
Manager level - 58 (this season)
Manager ID - 517450821

Yes I did. I do it every month. I won the top scorer by 3 or 4 goals easily
