I think it caps out at 5 days worth of packs to heal a player. I want to say that’s 15 packs? Could be wrong.
But if no packs are used, it would take the full number of days before the player is available again. I’ve seen ones on my squad that hit 10 or 11 days. A rarity, but possible. Most that user are 2-5 days.

Injuries have gone up but it's fair since everyone experiences it. Time to manage?
It doesn’t always come to managing when my decent, second AML gets injured next match on the same day when my first AML gets injured. This is simply a means to consume our red packs.
In terms of managing, I do wait for the next season day or two if the injury is less than 4 days or the player is not one of the most critical in my squad. To improve the managing aspect of injuries, why not make some of the injuries impact just the live match and the player would be available to play next match/next day. This happens in real life, too, where a player is taken out as a precaution but he is OK to play next time.
I haven't had less than 2 players injured at any point in time this season so I know where you are coming from. We always have the option to watch ads for reds and purchasing them if necessary.
Injuries consume reds for all so I don't see an issue. In fact, I welcome it as active teams tend to more reds and will probably develop strategies over time to manage this. Inactive teams who do not watch ads/matches or log in daily will be disadvantaged. These inactive teams have the ability to upset us in matches so it's good to pressure them to contribute to the success of TE.

I'll gladly take some hits like this packs in order to keep the game honest as possible, with a chance gainst p2w players.

Same here,almost every game a injury.
SEASON => 75
LEAGUE WON => 36 ; 2ND place => 5 ; 3RD place => 5
CL WON => 20 ; 2ND place => 6 ; 3RD place =>6
SUPE LIGUE WON => 2
CUP WON => 14 ; 2ND place => 6 ; 3RD place => 6
SUPERCUP => 1
yeah even if players' injury prone is ok, how they get injured is annoying. Why sub him in instead of waiting for SL match to play him 90 minutes? idk that's bad managing I guess (but because of 50 subs in League task).
even then, this is REALLY forced. Just as the player learned an special skill & fires up, then he plays & gets injured (yesterday) for 5 days in...seconds?? come on!!
