Anyone from Nordeus even reading these messages?

I am getting ads but don’t receive a reward after I’ve watched them. I would expect the technical support team is on high alert for bugs at all time with the frequency they appear lol

Additional information: this also appears when watching videos to rest players. You watch the video regularly, but afterwards the player does not receive 15% rest.

I noticed that this happens on my iPhone using 4G. When I use WiFi on the same device, the rewards are given. This might be a coincidence though.
