not receiving video rewards

Additional information: this also appears when watching videos to rest players. You watch the video regularly, but afterwards the player does not receive 15% rest.

I noticed that this happens on my iPhone using 4G. When I use WiFi on the same device, the rewards are given. This might be a coincidence though.

Some more additional info. This all started on the morning where the video event was started. For me it is clear that Nordeus enabled something hat introduced this bug.

Many Portuguese and Brazilians, and not only, are having many bugs in the videos...
I leave here an ALERT to nordeus, if people change the advertising id too many times, we can be blocked by Google and leave people without videos in the future.

the video bug continues...
It only gives 4 or 5 videos then it loads loads loads and nothing.
we have to leave and come back to the game many times to go back to give 3 or 4 more videos.

Good afternoon,
I want to inform you that the videos are slow to load, there are times that the APP itself closes by itself..
This means that the APP itself and the videos have low speed.

yup, there're problems with ads takes too long too load.
there're sometimes when you watch ads then it automatically close after 5sec-ish and i thought i get reward but nada, the ads close itself
the only solution is to close top11 apps and open again and then all those popups on right bottom popped up everytime i open top11 for the 1st time again. smdh

Seems device dependent. Only experienced this on 1 of my older devices.

many people will give up Top Eleven at the expense of these bugs in the videos, it's good for nordeus to solve this as soon as possible.
You watch 3 videos and no one else comes out, you have to log out and back in the game about 50 times........it's boring
