Sometimes saying Associations not available, games not loading, match finished. Chat disappeared.

On PC it just says "connection error" and logs you out, Android says the match is finished but the bouncing ball appears on the home screen.
Will the FA bugs ever be fixed?
Once again, the associations are bugged. I can’t joint the live match, the tournament on Association screen won’t load, and fixtures don’t show the opponent team’s name in the previous match.
Yup, whoever wrote the original FA code did a fine job.
The video drills have gone missing on IOS! Also, the Association pages (team stats) are showing rubbish.

There is a general slowness and lag in all features of the game right now. To fix the associations bug they must have been pushing every button :D
Edit: I also cannot see Friendly championship tables when I click “view” after copying an invitation code. No error message, either. Nothing happens.
This has been happening every other week for months now. You should have found and fixed the “root cause” long ago, otherwise we wouldn’t have this issue over and over again.Quote:

Again and again, no way to connect to the match, and disconnects after a while. Nordeus doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes, as usual
And the most funny is you cant see the match and cant do the changes in your play system but the results are definitive.

I wanted to ask Nordeus, why there are so many bugs in the game?? Now it's just spending money and there's no improvement in anything?? Every weekend we are afraid that the game will stop due to Nordeus' incompetence. I've been playing for many years and I'm sad about what Top Eleven has become. I'm pissed!

Unfortunately the game wants money, but it doesn't invest in improvements. Amateurism in not solving these problems arising from their incompetence is more and more frequent. I was harmed in the FA. and I'm really upset.
Some give money, even a lot, for it. It's lamentable, the bugs follow one another and especially come back inexorably. The administrators are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The team is investigating the root cause of this issue. Thank you for your reports and your patience. Who are we kidding???
So I decided not to give any more money for this game, or there is nothing to win. I wouldn't win the championship, the cup or the champions league, it's no longer my priority, finishing in the top 3 is already a victory for me, and helping my friends in association the second objective when of course it works.

Now every event is gone, only Friendly championship is there but shows the list of teams as “unavailable”, except two in my case.
I am still in awe of how they again and again screw up the main functions of the game but that have been unchanged for many years, like associations. And then trying to fix it, we lose everything else within the game. Someone said in another thread, this level of work quality would have anyone fired from their job, yet Nordeus keep asking more and more money from players (and to my surprise people keep spending) as if they were doing a perfect job and deserving of any money.

Friendly championship is not working properlly. I found BUG even there. My friend started friendlly championship, but can't invite me (cause we are different server maybe, cause he play from facebook and I play via google, who knows, he can't even support me in matches cause it is not showing my matches to him etc.).Quote:

I think Nordeus hit rock bottom with this team challenge. How can an association win 3-0 in the semi-final on the first leg and back, end up in the final against my association and largely lead at the end of the first leg matches and at the end be beaten 9-25. In fact 5 of his 6 teams ended up with a coefficient of 0 by some miracle. I have no words to describe the amateurism of its developers, or their incompetence. As usual no explanation, no message, small apologies as if nothing had happened. How do you plan to compensate the injured members?

Hi, today adds were never downloading... Nordeus whatever API you are calling to return those adds ... it's dead ... last days it was at least sometimes respionding allowing you to see 4-5 adds, today nothing it just timeouts

Merging threads related to the issues that happened over the weekend.
Around 6pm yesterday we released a fix that prevented the issues causing Association problems and lagging from reoccurring. We have been assessing their impact and realize how this affects your activity within Associations and playing experience in general. As a follow-up we have sent a compensation in game to affected Managers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
