Windows Store App : mouse wheel doesn't work with new update

Finally after a year, mouse wheel scrolling came back for Windows App.... but all reversed.... scrolling down goes up and vice versa. Please fix this last bit

now the scroll is click. when scrolling, mouse clicks instead.
