Windows Store App : mouse wheel doesn't work with new update

Hello, scrolling with the mouse wheel is not working anymore, but instead I can scroll when I'm holding the left mouse button, like if I was on Android scrolling with my finger.

If you can keep at least the side scrolling when holding the left button, it would be great though.

Same for me, there is a bug in the pc version the mouse wheel does not work
