Free Videos Not Loading

I unsinstall and install the game and then it works, but since yesterday afternoon it didn't work.

The free videos are really important for the game.

No videos here either. Been a problem for the last three days. Video buttons flicker blue for a few split seconds and then become black and unavailable. Quickly drains me from greens, blues, etc. Bad.
