I am not getting videos as i used to get. I am abke to view 3 or 4 videos at most a day. Started to feel like i need to ditch the game after latest update
I log in and either there are no videos or the game is "searching" for them - few or none are found.
I might get a single video and then the button turns black, and however many times I log in and try I get to 24 and then the event ends.
Like the Draw Frenzy event, Video Drills has become a huge time sink for no return and I probably won't bother trying it either now.
Haven't been able to load any free videos since I checked about four hours ago. Is anyone else having this problem?

The strange task is to complete the video training clips 25 times or 4 times... if it never turns on, please explain, I see from the comments that I am not an isolated case, when will it change, will it be fixed or what?

Anyone has still problem with the ads??
For me I can not watch ads at all on Android...
But for me most important is the a.s.a.p. changing of the draw system... instead of Nordeus spent a lot of time to fix this issue

Yes no ads for me which means the video drills is not working and I can't replace the greens I use in training.
Even in IOS is there now a problem with video's....
Hope it is soon fixed.... but focus should be on the new drawsystem...

When is the ads fixed in Android?? Now more then like a 2 seasons this problem
Free videos have disappeared from the game,has anyone else noticed this,not just for rests,morale etc,but for training bonus exercises.They are not showing at all,not even buffering except the bonus training drills and one in special events.Anyone else?

Even if I am not very active and I have stopped watching daily videos, it seems that there is a huge problem in many managers.
The buttons to get daiy greens or daily playbook or else turn black after some time.
I am not sure if it is temporary or not, but surely I do not expect to get a satisfactory answer from Nordeus. Not an official comment as well.
Although all managers seem to have accepted the new policy, the problem is there.

Yes me too, since last few days. This is unfair on active managers we should get some kinda compensation from Nordeus and I don't think using VPN helps in any way with that either. Disappointing :(

Problem persists. Here’s a likely scenario if the video prolem goes on for much longer: Many managers will soon run out of greens, blues, and reds. Their teams will deteriorate, and it won’t be much fun for the managers to play T11 only to watch their weakened teams lose again and again. Managers will eventually abandon their teams that they used to spend much time and energy on maintaining when the game was still fun to play. Sad story, and everyone will lose out, so pls fix the video problem asap.
Same here. No boosters, no 2% Mourinho support, no training 2x bonus, nothing. It's impossible to play like this.

Why are we getting totally stonewalled by Nordeus on this one?
I am not sure, but i'm afraid it can be a server problem, with Nordeus, or course, to be liable about that situation.
I do not find words to describe this, but how could somebody rate their attitude when they claim that it is normal for some managers not to have any videos available or (even worse) it is the responsibility of managers.
Why they do not explain how it could be a fact for some managers with 2 teams and the same settings and the same device, to have available videos on the one team, but nothing on the other?
The main problem as described by friends is that Videos are on loading mode for a few seconds and they the buttons suddenly become grey and there are no videos available.
An advice: if you pay, even a few, stop buying anything from TE. If you take the game too seriously, lighten up about it, play easily and casually.
All who have a problem, they could be on the same server.
Previously, there was a way to find the server you are in. (I do not know how, but you could find it)
But, I have no idea if there is a way to find the server your teams is right now.
The worst, Jernet, is that they will never compensate affected managers, since they claim that this is a normal situation.
