We have finished rolling out a fix for this issue - Managers across all divisions should be able to claim the corresponding reward from last FA tournament in the Association screen.

Hello, I can claim now, but the problem is... I was in Ultimate, we get 3rd place so 43 tokens, but we were relegated in Diamond and the game give us only 23 tokens

If you noticed any inconsistencies while claiming the reward, please get in touch with our support team through the "?" option in-game and they'll be able to check further.
