No Ads - Buttons disappeared (Most issues in Xiaomi phones)

Hello there.

There is a period of 10 days and more that many managers have problems watching video ads.
Even if they have unistalled and reinstalled the game, even if they have cleared cache and data, even if they have accepted all Privacy Settings, whatever they may have tried, the issue remains.
The strange thing is not that videos do not load.
It is that in Shop > Currencies tab the button to watch videos to get Rests, Morale boosters and Treatments is not there. The button has disappeared. In the past it was there and grey, but now it not in its place.
The button has also disappeared on the Player Menu, on Overview Tab. You could watch a video to improve Morale or Condition, but thew button is not there any more.
At other points, for example in Special Sponsor's Video Master task or on Match Preview's Preparion tab it is always greyed or loading for ever (until it gets gray).
After some messages on fecebook groups, it has been figured out that the bug has mostly hit managers who use Xiaomi phones.

I do hope that Nordeus do something to resolve this the soonest possible.
Still they have given no compensations to managers who suffer from this bug.
If you are one of the managers who has this issue, you can comment useful information like for how many time do you have the issue, what phone/device do you use and whatever else you think it may help.

It seems that the issue has been resolved.

Though it took about a month to be fixed and no compensation was given.

No it hasn't I play thru several platforms and the only 1 it works most of the time is thru my I Phone!!!!
