What the hell is happening with the videos

For several days I have the same problem... I watch hundred of videos getting nothing... Not only when trying to get, lets say, a rest but even in the events like "video drills"... the "watch to spin" button in blue, you tap it, you watch the video and then nothing, the event is freezing and you have to quit the game and reload it in order to be "normal" again... I have already made a ticket to support, but the answer is like all the answers by Nordeus: "Blah, blah blah, and blah and blah and thank you for your patient"... It's only me that I have such a problem?

These few days I also occasionally got the same problem but not as frequently as you
I have watched the complete ad, and then upon closing it, the game just freezes and does not recognise that I have completed the ad
It just forces me to reload the game
It is less annoying when it happens during the "watch to spin" event
But it is very annoying when it happens during the login daily streak or free teamplay drill because once the game is reloaded the rewards are no longer available
Nordeus earns money when we players watch the ads and if we players cannot get the stated rewards after watching the ads, that means Nordeus is a SCAM, and Nordeus is committing a CRIMINAL OFFENCE
They better fix it soon
