With Utd, City, and Chelsea still finding their feet under new managers, and Arsenal proving very unpredictable, Liverpool do have their best chance at the title in years.
Personally I don't think they will win it, but if they can hold on to Suarez in the next transfer window they've got every chance of top 4 and champions league next year.
