4-1-2-3 Illegal formation?

Ok, now I'm confuse.

My opponent for the match cup tomorrow use this formation here, isn't illegal? I'm thinking to use 4-5-1 V style, or 4-1-4-1. What do You think about?

Can't see anything wrong with that one - 4-5-1 V should do okay though. If it was illegal you'll get 80% possession!

Based on illegal formations thread, I thought it must have at least 2 players in each side flancs, but obviously I was wrong.
