First time against this, my team is better than him's, but he´s won every single match he's played.
I'm worried, please if anyone know how to counter it would be much appreciated!!!!

By now, my formation will be 4-2-2-2 hexagon, every player on his side with red arrow, very attacking, both flanks, pressing my side, normal tackles, long passing, individual and check on force offsides.

for me i'll use 4-3W (mr mc ml)-1 AMC - 2 ST formation, red arrow on AMC, through to the middle, short passing,
if it doesn't work, my back up plan will be 4-2-2-2 hexagon as you write above or 3n-3n-2 aml amr - 2.
