Choice to counter 3w-1-3n-1-2

The table of counter formations say that 4-5-1 v-style is good. But i think since they dont attack through the flanks why dont we use 3-5-2 v-style and put more into offense? that way we can also overpower their lone dc.

I'm a big fan of 4-5-1-V and narrow Diamond. Last Season I played the whole time 3W-1-4-2 and was good with it. 4-5-1-V is more offensive even you got two strikers on 3-5-2-V. It depends in this case on the arrows and how to set. Two Strikers sounds good so far, but we know from real football most goals arranged in the midfield and even some wing defenders are good for a goal.

I used 3N-1-2-3W-1 for my last CL match against 3W-1-3N-1-2 and won 4-1 against stronger team.


went with hard attacking, through both flanks focus, mixed passing, zonal marking, own half, no counterattack, no offside trap.

Ah i suppose im going with 3-5-2 v then because i dont have any good amc or mr. red arrow on amr aml. should i motivate it and put a red arrow on dmc?

I think it will work too. but not motivated on DMC. keep him no arrow

my result is 0-3 win. But towards the end i changed to 4-5-1 v (about 70') because i was already 2 up. Possession is 39-61 but notice i am 4 points higher in average quality ( thats quite a lot in level 3 but i kept losing to weaker teams so...) im now up to second place due to a bad start of the season.

FOR arrows just red arrows on amr aml will suffice. But unproved reasons of security for my mind i always put blue arrows on my dc s. But just this match one of my dc "brought the ball forward and passed it to another dc" and "the keeper had no chance". lol.

And I used full win bonus because I was wrestling with the original second place team.

Hello guys,

Today I play in CL with a stronger team which uses this formation (3w-1-3n-1-2). I lost first match 3-2 (at home). I'm playing 2nd level and my team is 20, his team is 24.

I'm gonna use experience of guys above and play 3N-1-2-3W-1.


Still,
If you can help with any advice - I'd appreciate it a lot, as I really want to win!)

Questions:
And I'm curious, what arrows I can put? Right and left forwards?
I don't have enough MC (injuries), I want to put DC to the position of DMC, and another DC to MC. Will be it critically bad?
