Definitive Illegal Formation Rules

This 10 man formation above is seen as Illegal from the NGE after a red card to the MC during the game.

So it's the same if the formation was like let's say 4-5-1 and the only striker got a red,so you have to place a midfield in his empty position or make a substitution.
I guess it's the same if he got injured too.
