    It is not strange, it is formation pre-prepared by T11 (See "Formations" -> "pre-defined formations" in "Squad" menu)

    and there you can find:
    3N - 2DML/DMR - 3N - 2ST counter by: 4 - 4 - 2 classic or 4 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 2 narrow diamond
