I am having issues with 3w-4-1-2. Whats the best counter formation?

I dont agree with you he have 3 wide defenders, and have the flanks protectec with 2 players on both sides.

The week spot is the midle with only one DC and no DMC, so 41212 narrow diamand should work better.

I dont understand his question now!he ask about 3w-1-4-2 or 3w-4-1-2???i answered about 3-1-4-2 So u dont need dmc bcs he dont have amc and he have dmc so he will block yours amc
