Ok so at the end 8 min before the game I've bought ml/aml.
I've played 4-1-4-1 (mr & ml red arrows), flanks attack, the rest at normal.
    And I've won 5-0!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I know that I did not put all your instructions into play (like counter and heavy attack mentality) but it was because of caution...

I have some experience facing Wide diamonds.
If your team has the same quality, 3n-1-4-2
If his team is better you can use 3-1-4-1-1
If his team is very very stronger than yours, try 3-1-5-1, ever atacking in middle.

I tried 3W-1-5-1 and worked really nice for me against an opponent about 3 stars stronger than me on all positions, all players with special abilities + only 2 of my players had a score higher than 7. - And i was away.
Normal ment, mixed pass, no counter, low press, norm tackle, zone def and no offside.

I even forgot to chance two of my players on the midfield who didnt fit the position, and came behind 2-0 after 7 minutes. Subbed, and changed it to a 2-4 victory
