How to beat 3W-1-3W-3

for me it`s a simple task.. his formation is something between midfield based , attacking and whole pitch covering formation.. in that case you better dont try to find a weak spot.. like you think his only dc or his 1 player in the middle.. that is illiusion in most of the cases
So you dont look for weak spot , you need to outplay him in the middle and game over.. so do i have to say how to outplay ML MC MR ?!
It`s pretty simple yea. 5 players in the middle
I leave you to decide if you go with 2 strikers and 3 defenders which will makes you to use all your midfielders in the midfield or even one to support your defender or you will go with 4 defenders and 1 striker which will make you freely put 2 red arrows on 2 of your MC-`s
Also mixed play mixed passes , normal/attacking mental , normal tackling no counter no offside
That is my opinion .
Not tested , not sure just my way to play the game Don`t know how good i`m , you can try?

By the way your 4-1-3-2 is not bad too.. it was the first thing i think about when i read your question but then i realize that can put you in the trap ..
