How to beat 3W-1-3W-3

Hi,
I'm facing this formation tomorrow morning in a cup match.
I think I'm a bit better and the game is at my field but I've got no idea how to beat it.
I was thinking about 4-1-3N-2 and middle attack (the rest at normal).
What do you think about it?

Pumping.
I decided to play 4-1-3N-2 and middle attack (the rest normal). DMC with blue arrow one MC with red one. My quality 23,2 his 20,1 match at my home but he was watching I was not (+5% bonus to him).
I've won 2-1 but the possesion was 50-50 and he has more shots than I has.
I had full condition and morale.

The problem is that the rematch is at his area and he can put a squad with a quality of 22,2.
Can someone possibly write any comment on that and suggest what to do with it? How o beat it?

Can anyone suggest something versus such formation (3W-1-3W-3)?

for me it`s a simple task.. his formation is something between midfield based , attacking and whole pitch covering formation.. in that case you better dont try to find a weak spot.. like you think his only dc or his 1 player in the middle.. that is illiusion in most of the cases
So you dont look for weak spot , you need to outplay him in the middle and game over.. so do i have to say how to outplay ML MC MR ?!
It`s pretty simple yea. 5 players in the middle
I leave you to decide if you go with 2 strikers and 3 defenders which will makes you to use all your midfielders in the midfield or even one to support your defender or you will go with 4 defenders and 1 striker which will make you freely put 2 red arrows on 2 of your MC-`s
Also mixed play mixed passes , normal/attacking mental , normal tackling no counter no offside
That is my opinion .
Not tested , not sure just my way to play the game Don`t know how good i`m , you can try?

By the way your 4-1-3-2 is not bad too.. it was the first thing i think about when i read your question but then i realize that can put you in the trap ..

Last time I've choosed to play 4-1-3N-2 cause I thought that that was the best idea. Why do you think that it has a trap?

I also thought that I just need to win the ball try to minimalize his offense. But now it's a rematch (and I don't need to win the game) and additionally he got better (he bought some guys) and I expect him to have a quality of 23,1 or something...

So after reading your suggestion for now I'm thinking about 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1... But is it smart to put my attack in middle (red arrows on MC's) knowing that he has a dmc there?

Ok so the game is in 4 hours from now.
I started to think about 5-4-1 but what if he changed the formation to 3N-1-3W-3? My only striker will have a lot of trouble to crash 3DC and 1 DMC...
I bought some players and he did as well. I hope that I will be better in quality but only in 1-2 points average only so almost nothing.

I still have not decide but my options are: 5-4-1 flat, 4-1-4-1 or 5-3-2 flat but I'll use some stars in such move (lossing mr and ml). Or even maybe 3N-2N(both down)-4-1?
Any idea what will be the best and suggest tactitc for suggested formation?

Finally I've played 4-1-4-1 mixed normal blue arrow on DMC.
Possesion 54-46 for me. I was a bit better in a first half and in the middle of a game he switched to 2N-1-3W-1-3 and I decided to do nothing with it (my dmc was covering his AMC and I didn't want to play more ofensively and attack his both defenders). I was still a bit better but in the last 10 minutes he probably swithed to ultra offensive. I've put blue arrows on every defender dmc and all middfielders. He had free kick and a corner in 88th minute but I was able to defend it.
At the the the 0-0 score which was great for me!
Shots 4/13 me to 2/8 his team.
I'm in the next phase!
