Brunny, the formation is "legal" and won't get a possession penalty, but there are players not in their correct position for their role, this can also affect possession but not as bad as a penalty for illegal formation. The guys OOP might also have their morale/rating affected.

Both my dc and mr just resume training after injuries that is why some player are in the wrong position but would it better to put a 5*st than 4*mr...my st contribute more assist than the mr himself in the recent match..but which is better a good player on wrong position or weak player on his own position??

I have played guys 1 spot OOP (out of position) successfully but it seems for most if you move them too far they do not do well. So it's try and see what happens.. I would go for the ST too I think
