    Yeah, both formations are legit.

    ---------ST---ST---------
    --AML--------------AMR--
    --------------------------
    ------MC--------MC------
    --------------------------
    -----------DMC-----------
    --------------------------
    ------DC---DC---DC-------
    --------------------------
    -----------GK-------------

    That formation blocks the center massively. If your opponent has no AMC, you can put a red arrow on your DMC.
    The system has one weakness: I does not block opponents AML/AMR.

    --------------------------

    The second formation blocks AML/AMR, but has only one DC. If your opponents players with 2 ST you need to put a blue arrow on your DMC to support the defense. While when he plays with 3 ST you usually get a problem. Try the first formation then (if he has no AMC).

    To make both formations shine, you need quality wingers (AML, AMR).
