I generally use 513W1 Blue arrows on your 3 DC's, red arrow on your ST. Orders: mentality: defensive, pressing: own half, passing style long, down both flanks, counter attack checked. You need to have really good ST, if you want to add a bit of a forward punch, put red arrow on your MC to support your ST.
Remember that your DMC will take care for your opponents MC. Good Luck!!!

I suggest you 4-1-4-1 motivated, it's mean up to your wings. Defensive, attack down both flanks with mixed passng.
