how to beat this 3n-4-1-2 formation it is suggested 4-1-2-1-2 and im using now 3n-5-2v is theses a good one or any other tactic

I would play 4-5-1V normal attacking, Mixed passing down both flanks

I was hit 4-2 by 4-4-1-1 playing 3-1-4-2 by a rival with similar squad rating. My first eleven was slightly stronger.

I guess u shd use normal mentality and offside. Mix passing & mix focus.
