Formation advise needed based on squad

Hi

I am level 5 and in a tough league. I have been trying few formations but I do not think I am getting the best out of my players.

I want advise on choosing a formation based on the players I have and the quality. Ignore the injured player.

I have sorted the players by quality (highest 44 and lowest 38)

So if this squad was yours what would you do (Formation/tactics)
