How to beat 4-4-2ND

Iknow there are a lot of topics about how to beat this formation. clearly 4-5-1v style can't beat it anymore. already tried it a couple of times this season but i always lose. Anybody can help me?

last match against 4-4-2nd i played 4-5-1 vstyle. normal, both flanks, own pitch, mixed, zonal, counter on, ofside trap off.

What the different avg qty both team?
Infact i prefer to use 3-5-2v than 4-5-1v.
