I Never train player under 80% condition, that way i do not have more that 2/3 injurys season during training.
THIS GAME IS TO RANDOM! I STOP WAISTING MY TIME!
but we need a better way to improve players, that's a slow one
so don't train, play friendlies!(I got injuries in friendlies anyway, thought my friends use hard tackle against me
)
If you train them only so much as they won't be less than 95% for the next match and no less that 70% it seems to help...and keep improving turf.![]()
