When i must use counter formation?!

What about change formation every match thats have any negetive effect in my team?!

When i can make counter attack on ?

These are some good guides that will help you decide the answer to that yourself, as that is part of managing, whether or not you want to keep your own formation or go counter to theirs. It is not a simple question.
