Is 4-4-2 good to beat beat 3-4-3?

I was knocked out from the Cup because I had 1 game at 1am end the home game at 2 am lol.
I lost the first game 3-0 and won the second 2-0 but it wasn't enough.

But CL and league are going awesomely and tonight I'm going to play against the second in the rank
