How to win againts this strange formation?

Hello guys. I am playing againts this strange formation and I can't figure out what formation should counter this. I am at the first place and my opponent is 6 points behind me, but I want to beat him! Thanks.

i think the classic 4-4-2 will work just fine here.

I would play 352 flat but with DL at the back and AMR, red arrow on left MC, normal mentality, mixed or right flank, own half, zonal, normal tackle or hard.

Agreed. but with normal 3-5-2 flat, not asymetrical.
