4-4-2 vs 4-3-1-2

My question is: Do you think 4-4-2 is a good formation against 4-3-1-2?
And how should i set the arrows/orders?

hi, 4-4-2 is a strong overpowered formation now, i sugest you put the red arrows on your flanks own half pressing with counter attacks

I was winning 2-0 then I got a red card and the game ended 2-2 :/
Well, I still have another game at home
