4-4-2 vs 4-3-1-2

Tomorrow I'm going to play a CL match against a team with an average Q of 108 (My Q is 109)
My question is: Do you think 4-4-2 is a good formation against 4-3-1-2?
And how should i set the arrows/orders?

hi, 4-4-2 is a strong overpowered formation now, i sugest you put the red arrows on your flanks own half pressing with counter attacks
