Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

hi guys, i have important match coming up and i am playing against a 4-3-2-1 team against 4-3-2-1 formation.
Since his players are in wrong positions any chance?
I will use --------ST-----ST---------
----------------------------
--------MC--MC--MC--------
--DML-----------------DMR--
--------DC--DC--DC----------

but i don't have DMR.
Any ideas?

Pantelis, in my expirience, you can use players in wrong position, but only one position away, for instance, for DMC you can use DC, DR or MC (with good defence points).....thats my opinion

3DC-1-4-2 can be counter by 4-5-1 V motivated, or
3W-1-4-2 can be counter by 4-1-2-1-2..

Hi all I am back again to seek advice

I am having my 2nd leg of Cup competition tonight where I am trailing 0-2 and out of his Top 11 players 8 of them are scouted players slightly higher stats than me 34.4 vs 34.5 if no changes he is using 3W-1-4-2 his weaker player is only 1 wif 3 star a DC at the back n his keeper ba... Shd I go all out for attacking or which formation would u suggest me to field?
