    HELP with this godlike formation

    Help!!!
Can someone help me to counter this 4-1-3-1-1 formation please?

    DL-DC-DC-DR
    DMC
    ML- MC - MR
    AMC
    ST
I have group with him for past 3 seasons and I cannot seems to get the better of him. Our quality has been about the same. This season, my quality is 46.2 and his is 45.8. He tops the league with 16 wins , 1 draw and 0 lose, scoring 69 goals, conceding 6. Its very frustrating that I have try 4-5-1V, 4-1-4-1, 3-5-2V, 3-2-2-2-1, 4-4-2, 4-2DMC-3-1, (attack mentality down both flanks, mixed passing, no counter, no offside) or (normal mentality, mixed focus, mixed passing, counter, no offside) all to no avail.

    Can someone help?????

    3N-2(DMC)-2(MC)-2W(AML/AMR)-1, passing through both flanks.

Could 3-1-4-1-1 or even 3-1-2MC-3W-1 be good counter formations against 4-3N-3 when you want to play offensively? Should I use them instead of the suggested 4-1-4-1?

Anyone played this one but with a narrow defensive line 3N-4-1-2? My guess is that 4-5-1V would work well with red arrows on the aml/amr with long balls down the flanks, defending own half ofcourse.

Wouldn't it have been better to play through the middle?

What should I use against 3W-2DMC-1-2W(AM)-2???? Kinda like game-changing fixture coming up and our teams our pretty evenly matched. A win could give me a nice lead atop the table. I usually go with 4-5-1 V-style against others, but this guy's a real pain in the butt.
